ITO Coatings offer an extensive range of ITO Plastics sheets on various substrates which include:

Combining years of experience, research and development from our team with state-of-the-art technology, ITO Coatings can now Vacuum-deposit ITO coatings onto plastic substrates using a low-temperature process, ITO Coatings utilise a flexible substrate handling system enabling us to coat not only flat but also shaped and varying injection moulded parts. This allows for the use of ITO coatings plastic sheets in an extensive range of applications previously impossible because of substrate limitations.
Optically clear and highly conductive, our Diamox ITO and Index-Matched Diamox+ ITO coatings are available for deposition onto acrylic, polycarbonate & polyester as well as, of course, glass substrates.
Additionally, we can also supply ITO coated acrylic or polycarbonate products with added anti-glare/anti-reflective and/or hard-coat/scratch resistant coatings as well as the ITO coating, enabling our products to be trusted in harsh environments.
Polycarbonate ITO Plastic
A distinctive class of thermoplastic polyesters, polycarbonates are easily machined and coated. They are used widely in modern manufacturing. Interesting features of polycarbonates include impact and temperature resistance, as well as optical properties. Different polycarbonate grades with flame retardant and other properties are also available.
In addition, we can apply anti-glare finishes in combination with a variety of other finishes suitable for all applications. Adhesive gaskets and tapes allowing easy bonding to display cases are also available.
