Using the very latest in vacuum coating technology, ITO Coatings offer a comprehensive product range suitable for a wide variety of projects, including:
Custom DIAMOX ITO Coating: Low temperature vacuum deposited, this highly conductive & transparent coating is available on glass & plastic (incl. acrylic, polycarbonate & polyester) substrates.
Our flexible handling system for substrates allows us to coat injection molded, shaped and flat parts. As well as supplying fully machined plastic/glass parts, we also offer coating of free issue parts.
Available in various sheet sizes (max. size 1000 x 1000 mm) the Custom DIAMOX coating provides sheet resistances ranging from 2.5 to 1500 ohms/sq and can be etched (i.e. to attain fine conductor paths).

DIAMOX+ Index-Matched ITO (Indium Tin Oxide)
Offering all DIAMOX coating characteristics, DIAMOX+ offers considerably better light transmission than standard ITO Coatings, as well as providing for index-matched coatings.
Combining metal oxides & quartz layers (with a carefully controlled quartz layer thickness for enhanced transmission and suppression of unwanted reflection), this multi-layer coating can be deposited onto acrylic, polycarbonate and glass substrates and is currently available in sheets ranging in size up to a maximum of 1000 x 1000 mm.
ITO Glass (OLED Grade) Sheet
Utilizing a magnetron (ion-modified) sputtering process to coat polished glass, we create surfaces suitable for the deposition of subsequent ultra-thin layers. Exceptionally smooth-surfaced, this ITO coated glass is ideal for a myriad of OLED-type applications.
Types currently available include:
- BO-X-20: 1 mm borosilicate glass with 100nm ITO coating; 20 ohms/sq sheet resistivity; 550nm of 84% transmittance:
- SL-P-12: 1 mm float glass (soda lime0 with 135nm ITO coating; 12 ohms/sq sheet resistivity; 550nm of 86% transmittance
- SL-P-80: 1.1 mm float glass (soda lime) with 25nm ITO coating; 80 ohms/sq sheet resistivity; 550nm of 86% transmittance
Depending on the selected type, this product can be supplied in full size (max. 400mm x 500mm) sheets or precision-diced (min. size 10mm x 10mm) pieces.
ITO Cover Slips & Glass
We provide a full range of glass-substrate types and expert advice on which substrates are most suitable for various applications & ITO Coverslips. Available substrates include:
- Soda Lime
- Toughened Soda Lime Options
- Fused Silica
- BK7 and
- Borosilicate
Our highly advanced glass processing techniques allow us to supply fully dimensioned substrates and substrates profiled to specific customer requirements (with radius, chamfers, cut outs & holes, etc.), as well as:
- Polished substrates designed to meet specific flatness/optical requirements
- Thermally/chemically toughened glass Additional enhancements including, for example, printed graphics/borders and/or anti-glare finishes
